some EPs "not downloaded" upon Island Paradise expansion

So i downloaded the latest EP. Thanks a bunch.
But I encountered several problems downloading it:
the first ones has some 200 plus files corrupted, so i redownloaded it,2nd one works fine.
i extracted and copy/pasted it as usual, removing the game folder on the directory, but after the transfer, the game won't start. i checked the directory and clicked on the folders, some won't open (especially the Game folder).
It says "the file or directory is corrupted or unreadable"
i fixed it using Command Prompt and now the folders shows up normally
I reapplied the Island living pack again just to be sure
The game ran normally, but upon checking the list of packs in my game, it shows a lot was not downloaded.
Vampires, Cats and Dogs, Parenthood, Toddler stuff says "Download to Play" or something
but the game runs okay... only thing is just these packs just wasn't "Downloaded"
NOTE: the toddler stuff pack was missing from my game before this happened, but i didn't mind cause i didn't really like that pack. Now Vampires and Cats and dogs are gone so idk what to do...

You're missing Cats & Dogs (EP04), Vampires (GP04) and Parenthood (GP05). They are completely gone, all that you have in those folders are language files, which are included in every G4TW release.
If you still have G4TW releases for those DLCs - extract just those folders. If you don't, you can install them from my repack.
You also disabled Toddler Stuff. Delete SP12 and rename SP12_ to SP12.

sooo.. i don't have to download everything again starting from "vampires" up to the latest release?
and just extract the folders for the missing files? (like.. extract just the EP04 folder from the cats and dogs release, etc.. ?)

Yup, that's right. Just extract those DLC folders. But again: if you don't have G4TW releases anymore you can download those DLCs from my repack. It will be smaller.
And just to be sure all the other files are OK you can run validator again, this time uncheck "quick scan".
