Default Language TS4_x64

Hello!

I recently reinstalled TS4 from G4TW. The installing process run smoothly. If I launch the TS4.exe one the default language is English, but when i want to launch the game using 64 bit (C:/Program Flies/The Sims 4/Game/Bin/TS4_x64.exe) the default language is Spanish. Anyone know how to fix this?
