The requested service could not be loaded.

i have this problem with my sims, tried to google it and it seems no one has this kind of problem (when i launch using 64 bit launcher). Yet, when i try to launch it using 32 bit launcher, it goes straight to the game (tried to add exclusion to sims 4 folder, and it still have the same probllem). Can anyone help me or did anyone have any idea on what caused this problem?

Hello and welcome to the Forum,
Maybe that error is similar to those about the "virtualization"-thing. So what you need to try now is to do some research on how to enter the BIOS on your computer/motherboard model. If you don't know already how to do it.
Look at the available settings. Turn off or de-activate options that look like "virtualization". Save the changes in the BIOS, re-boot the computer, and try the game again.
