Sims have skin colored clothes after aging to teen? help 07-03-11


I have the sims 4 island living, all was fine till my sim aged up to a teen then all her clothes, hair, skin turned invisible , (kinda) she is wearing the maxis hair, clothes, skin and no CC items, not sure how to fix this, please help
