No apartment doors in San Myshuno. [SOLVED] Empty No apartment doors in San Myshuno. [SOLVED]

Hi, I have the fitgirl repack and the 1.51.77.1020 update + island living update from here.

I installed the island living update today and now there are no doors to the apartments in San Myshuno. I've tried booting the game with no mods, yet there are still no doors. I can't put them in in build-buy as it is "outside the owned lot". I'm not sure what to do now.

Please help me

Hello and welcome to the Forum!!

If you have not yet done so, please try clearing some cache files, according to (for example) the following guide:

I've only found explanations that are specifically mod-related, like in these threads:

It could of course be a glitch with the current game version itself, too. I do hope you did not save the game after you realized there was a problem with these doors? Or did you at least make a backup of your saves prior to playing the new DLC? I'm not saying it's 100% essential to do, though it's definitely a recommended procedure before playing with any new update.

Other than that I'm afraid I can't say much else, I'm sorry. WhatDidUJustCallMe?

Thanks for the help, I'll try and see if any of this works. If not I guess I'll uninstall and redownload? I do have one of my save files backed up, I'm not particularly worried if I lose the others.

Clearing my cache and getting rid of script mods worked!! Thanks so much

Well, good to hear! Haters gonna hate 

Also, never even think of uninstalling and re-installing only to fix (minor) bugs. Unless the process is automated, like with the "repair game" option in clients like Steam or (ZL)Origin. Otherwise, chances are you will only make things worse by re-installing all items.
