Downloads on ZLOrigin tend to be slow when the DLC does come out, but you can right now download the 1.55 patch ("anniversary update") on ZLOrigin, so you don't need to download as much on the release date. The 1.55 update seems to be 6.15 GB in filesize. The DLC will be smaller, when it does come out, I guess.
Either way, we are not related to ZLOrigin. And you might also want to keep in mind the other comment that @anadius made earlier, here:
