My Game won't load

So I click on the Sims 4 Exe and a pop up asks if I want to let this program make changes to my system, same as usual, except nothing happens. I played the game 20 mins ago and exited to remove and merge some cc and now the game won't load. I even opened the task manager to see if at least it showed there and nothing. 
Please help, I don't know if I did something wrong.

If your game was just working fine (before), and the problem started after you messed around with those CC, then that is very often an indicator that the issue is related to the CC. So whatever you did with the CC, try un-doing it.

Or at least try running the game with no CC at all. See if the game just runs. If it does, it's nearly certain that you messed up something on that end.

Hi, thank you for the quick reply. I removed the CC I recently modified and that did the trick. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing which file is messing up my game except trying one by one I guess? 
If anyone knows of a more effective/less time consuming method I'd appreciate it (I remember TS3 had a program thing that sorted your corrupted CC, but I can't remember the name, nor I know there's a ts4 version of that)

Delphy's dashboard. Was never even a remotely reliable method of finding "corrupt" CC (sorry if that shatters your worldview in that regard). And even if there was a version of that for TS4, you should still take the analyses with a grain of salt.

Can't really help further with that, except maybe with suggesting that if you do these things again in the future, try modifying/adding new stuff only in small batches, if you are not doing it already that is. So that when problems do arise, you'll "only" have to sort through a smaller sample size of items.
