TS4 University Issue

Hello,
When I open the town selector with the most recently installed expansion (Discover University), I get the flying llamas glitch.

I'm not sure what's causing this. I installed correctly, deleted the game file, and replaced over it.

Just found out that my game didn't install any of the actual content for the game
Just the language strings. I guess I'll have to redownload the torrent.
