Sims 4 error

good afternoon
The latest version I have is the sims 4 realm of magic, I installed the sims 4 discover university when I entered the game an error appeared the game crashed.
I don't know what I did wrong

Try removing ALL of your mods first. Not just script mods, but everything. Then try the game again.

I have to remove delete this whole folder from the documents
I already deleted the mods and screenchots and still the same appears the error message on the loading screen.

the game closes during the loading screen after "sims 4" appears and says a warning that the game has crashed
