Endless Loading Screen after the Uni pack

Hello guys,

I just installed the uni pack.. and when I'm in the game, it starts directly to the first town, not on the map, which is weird. And then when I'm trying to select my family to play with it goes into an endless loading screen. 

I even went to update my mods and delete the ones that weren't updated.. and still nada.

 What can I do?

Hello,

You can try deleting the "Game"-subfolder within your TS4 installation, and the re-extract it from the Uni-pack/.7z archive.

If that does not work, consider removing ALL of your mods and custom content, and see if that makes a difference. It could also be an indicator of a savefile problem, so there' another possibility you can try.

I did that with the folder and now instead of an endless loading screen I get this message:

"The game failed to load. Error Code:
123:9d5d0e8f:df013302. It is recommended that you relaunch the game."

And it gets me on the map again after this message.

I know about a similar error code "102" (not the same as yours), that was around back then, and the issue was fixed by removing a certain mod.

Try going under Documents\Electronic Arts now and change your folder name of "The Sims 4" into anything. Start with a clean slate and see if your game works that way.


If it does you can slowly start putting stuff (from the old Documents-folder) back in.
