Help - How do I install packs separately?

Hello G4TW I'm trying to redownload The Sims 4 but this time as the title says, only some packs, I mean. I dont want the full game with every packs but I want the game choosing packs that i want to install for example like how you do in the sims 3.
This is because I noticed lately so many stuff in the game make it laggy and losing optimization, my computer isnt a 32 bit one, even is a gamer one but I dont want all packs. So I've downloaded The sims 4 base game from G4TW and when I try to execute it, it says that before the game was running in a newer version so I need to update it and I've downloaded 1.58.63.1010  but is the University EP not the update and however it incluides folders or parts of the previous EPS.

Otherwise, theres a way to deactivate packs on the G4TW (cracked) version?

You're probably referring to the stuff that former guest contributor "anadius" created and posted about here. He left the Forum (after disagreeing with us running download links through ads), deleted his account, and in the process also took down all of his tutorials and download links.

Now. It's rather unusual for people to "not want all packs". The Sims 4 doesn't really have a lot of in-game content to begin with, even after more than 5 years. And it is not a very demanding game, aso if you have the suitable hardware then you should be easily able to run it at Ultra settings. But in practice the real problem is that people use too many (script) mods and CC. But OK, if you'd like to not play all packs, then we'll try to help you.

We have a solution here on G4TW, but it's awkward to use, and has become de-facto outdated, due to the tool that anadius created ("DLC toggler"):

So you can manually edit that codex.cfg file. I believe that instead of that step, you can also simply remove the DLC folders from your "The Sims 4" install location. Like EP01, SP01, etc. 

If you prefer using anadius-stuff though, we do not officially support that anymore here, though we are discussing a few things in the background, which we will let you know about when the time comes. Feel free to search for anadius on other platforms then.
