Sims 4 Mods are not working

All my mods show up at the startup when opening the game. But when I try to Create A Sim, None of them are there.  I have Script mods checked and allow mods checked as well. My mods folder is under Documents> Electronic Arts>The Sims 4> Mods. Im just so confused as to why this is happening.

What installs are you playing? There have been some issues with cc and Discover University.
