Sims 4 Freeze after Parenthood Installation Windows 10.

I bought a new desktop this month so i want to install sims 4 with latest DLC but when i install the Parenthood DLC my game freeze. i try to remove the electronic arts folder in my document, put the fixed patch, change sims 4 directory to C:/ProgramFiles(x86) OR C:/ProgramFiles , change the path from ElectronicArts/The Sims 4 to The Sims 4.

by the way my OS is Windows 10 x64 Pro
