Sims 4 Red and White!!!!

i just installed the new update 1.59.79.1020 and only the Get to Work content causes my sims to go red and white with question marks. how could i fix this problem? i don't have any CC as well

Hello and welcome to the G4TW Forums @wetbackswag,

If you determined it really only happens with the Get to Work content, try this. Do you still have the download (.rar) for "Get to Work"? If so, re-extract the "EP01"-folder from the .rar file, which is about 1.61 GB in size. Re-insert that fresh folder back to your path where you have installed your TS4. Merge folders & replace existing files when prompted.

Once you did that, I would also recommend that you re-copy and re-paste the latest 1.59.73.1020 patch, over your TS4 install path. Again, merge folders and replace existing files, when you are prompted by the system.

Sorry to hear that,

I'm assuming that you followed G4TW for a longer period, and you in fact applied all previous G4TW Sims 4 repacks? Make sure first of all that your hard-drive has enough free space left. We have had these problems in the past where people apply something, and "suddenly other stuff doesn't work anymore". It could be indicative of hardware damage on your end, but let's not hope for that.

So, now try this. You still have the original archive file for "University"? Re-apply that one first. So copy-paste-overwrite existing files. Then you do the same with the latest 1.59.73.1020 patch. Copy-paste-overwrite.

Exract with 7-zip, and insert it under your Data\Client subfolder, within your TS4 installation folder. If there is an existing file of it, overwrite it again.

Test your game again after that.
