Installing Newest Sims 3 Content

I have all of the following expansions installed:

Ambitions
Fast Lane Stuff
Generations
High End Loft Stuff
Late Night
Outdoor Living Stuff
World Adventures

I am looking to install the following:

Master Suite Stuff
Katy Perry Sweat Treats
Pets
Showtime
Town Life Stuff

Obviously I have been absent from the Sims 3 scene lately. How should I go about installing the above expansions? I ask here first so I don't mess up and have to redownload and reinstall EVERYTHING.

Also, I have forgotten how to add store updates, limited edition content, and neighborhoods to my game. Can anyone refresh my memory?

So I can just use the launcher to do all the store updates? What about limited edition stuff? Is that considered a package? And neighborhoods are loaded through the Launcher too right?

Holy cow is there an easier way to download the store updates from 26 to
the most recent? I seriously have to download one file at a time? I
guess I have some work to do if that's the case :S
