Have G4TW stopped seeding The Sims 3: complete collection?

Hello everyone!
I had this strong nostalgia today and decided to download the Sims 3 from the G4TW download page (The Sims 3: complete collection).
However, after adding the torrent to the client (uTorrent web), it showed 0 seed and leech.
 I am using VPN from Hotspot shield.
Does it mean G4TW have stopped seeding the download? (Or if I did something wrong and got my ip blocked somehow..)

I don't have much experience with torrenting; any comments and help would be highly appreciated.

Port-forwarding, torrent client configuration, etc.

Good luck for now! P.S. make sure that your VPN actually works with torrents. Because some of them simply don't. I don't really know Hotspot Shield; is it a paid VPN? If it's a paid VPN, see if there are special servers, specifically for torrenting/P2P-traffic.

Thank you for the positive encouragement @cicinamon, and if I can give you an additional tip: try using a better torrent client. Such as qBittorrent or Tixati.

I don't recommend using uTorrent or Vuze anymore, in the year 2020 and beyond.

If all else fails, we also have direct downloads of items. However, since the hosting service is frequently overloaded, I suggest only using that option as a very last resort.
