Sims 2 Ultimate Extraction Failing. [SOLVED]

Hi,
I downloaded the Sims 2 Ultimate via torrent. Upon trying to unzip the folder it keeps getting stuck at 'Voice6.package' saying Read Error/Data Error (cyclic redundancy check). How can I solve this?

Hello and welcome to the G4TW Forums @Gatesea314,
Are you using WinRAR for extraction?
Also, if you still have the torrent running as seeding in your torrent client, try doing a "Force Re-Check". Look in your torrent client for that option. In uTorrent and BitTorrent you have to STOP a torrent first, then you right-click => Force Re-check. Some other torrent clients maybe work differently.
If all else fails, copy the magnet link from your torrent client, and re-download the item using one of the more modern and better programs. Examples are qBittorrent or Tixati.

thanks for the response, yes I was using WinRAR. I did a re-check on utorrent and it was coming up with a similar error to the extraction one. So i tried a new client (qBittorrent) and redownloaded the magnet. Seems to have fixed the problem.
