Sims 3 Pets Extraction [SOLVED] Empty Sims 3 Pets Extraction [SOLVED]

Post by Guest Fri 04 Nov 2016, 06:11

Hi all. I downloaded the fixed version of Sims 3: pets expansion, and I copy and dragged the contents to a new folder on my desktop, using winrar, but there were 4 or 5 files missing. the appaloosaplains.Objectcache was one of them. I've searched the forums high and wide and none of the answers seemed to help me.

I'm 99% sure I did everything right. Extracted with Winrar, followed the download instructions, but I can't seem to get it to work. Any help please?

Thanks

EDIT; I'll also mention I have about 5 other expansions installed and they work fine with no errors, but the extraction doesn't seem to work with the [FIXED] Pets rar.

Hello and welcome to the forum @mike1990! Very Happy

Assuming you have the torrent finished 100% (yes, you wouldn't believe how many people overlook that)...you can try this. If you still have the torrent running under "seeding" in your torrent client, right-click on it and choose STOP. Then you right-click again on it and choose "force re-check". This can take a while to complete. Once done though, try extracting again.

Good luck for now!

The torrent must have gotten interrupted and showed 100%. I just re-downloaded the torrent, and it worked perfectly fine. Thanks!
