I downloaded the patch, Master Suite.. I copied it to Contents/Resources/trangaming/c_Drive/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Game/Bin/ then I opened the launcher. INSERT CD shows up. What to do now? :O

Are you sure you copied from the " #Crack " folder ?

Hello,
First of all the crack from the expansion doesn't work right, so get the (mac version of) the fix instead, and make sure you copy the contents from the #crack folder to the right location.

I can play Sms 3 now, again. But I think the master stuff didn't install.

Hello,
There's not a lot to Master Suite stuff, just a few furnishings and CAS stuff. If the icon is lit up in your launcher, it is installed.

When I was trying to reinstall, the installer won't open.

I can't open .exe file too. Does these files matter?

I'm unsure how its done on MAC, but I don't think it handles .exe. This post may be helpful though, as well as this.

The link says copy the contents of the #crack folder of the game, should I follow it. But that was what I've done before that causes the crash. Thanks! I mean, THANK YOU so much.

Well, I guess, I have to wait til someone fixes the installers. Smile

Hello,

You should make an image from the extracted .rar file, I think. You can use the built-in image thing on Mac's.
