SIMS 3 MASTER CONTROLLER?

Good Day!
I Heard about that their is a Mod that can Increase AND Fasten the Sims Skill Level, It is named "Master Controller".. Is there any body know how to get that??

Hello,
Master controller allows you to edit anything about your sim, but doesn't make gaining skills faster per se. But you could alter your sims skill level with just a few clicks.
We were talking about that here and someone mentioned a mod that can make gaining skills faster in game faster.
