Sims3 pets problem.. Empty Sims3 pets problem..

I have downloaded the sims 3 pets like told, did the crack and everything however once i launch it.. it will load, with the sims 3 pets official logo as the cover thing, but once it gets to the end of loading when it says something like "Saddling up" or so.. it stops loading so then i exit sims by opening my task manager ( the only way i can exit) then it says that the program was unresponsive... Sims3 pets problem.. 2830496658
