Showtime Error. [SOLVED]

Most of my games are downloaded from here and have never had a problem before. At the moment I have done everything and even tried to manually download the upgrade but ti says its already updated so I don't think it is that. When I go to play the game it takes a few minutes to load and then a message pop up that says "It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version of The Sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these game modifications or get updated versions of them - otherwise you may experience crashes or significant bugs." Should I hit continue? Also when I hit continue and try to connect to the web it says that I cannot connect because I need to update my version. PLEASE HELP!!!
