Installed showtime but neighbourhoods take forever to load so I give up!

It took about 10 minutes for the showtime neighbourhood to get not even 3/4 of the way through. :S This is the only illegal copy of the sims 3 I have downloaded so it's added onto genuine copies, is this what's affecting it? Or is there something else I can do to fix it?

I'm loading it for the first time lovely it's just taking so long! I've changed my custom contents folder name so I'll try again to load the new one and see how I get on, will possibly have to go have my dinner while waiting haha!

Now that I've taken the custom content folder away it's telling me no game disc is found! How bizzare. D:

Nope, I've got it working now haha, but I need to see if it'll work with my custom content!
