sims 3 froze and wont reopen.[SOLVED] Empty sims 3 froze and wont reopen.[SOLVED]

i logged into Sims, also stupidly selecting to keep me logged in, while playing. the game froze, i closed it, and now the launcher wont start. most of the games are from you except the base version and ambitions. i think that since i'm logged in, the internet sees my unauthorized files and wont let me do anything. is there anything i can do?

Hello,

I can assure you that that's definitely not it. A lot of us only have a few games registered, or none at all, and can successfully log in and stay logged in.
Start by trying to start the game without the launcher, and please let us know the result.
