Master Suite Installation Issue.[SOLVED] Empty Master Suite Installation Issue.[SOLVED]

I cannot install Master Suite Stuff. I have re-downloaded it and I still get this error message:

IE Version: 9.0.8112.16421

I use BitTorrent as my torrent client. This happens after I double click the .exe file. I have extracted the files to a folder on my desktop as well.

Hello,
What did you use to extract? Use only winRar, or the files may get messed up.
