Showtime"unofficial game mod....."

Hello!

First of all, I am a big fan of you guys! Thanks for all that you do

I installed the manual patch to 1.31 as u can c in the pic (if I did it right lol)

When I tried to start the game I got:

"It looks like you have intalled an unofficial game mod that does not match your current version of Sims 3....."

Please help!!!!

Installing the Ultimate Fix might help to take that error away (IT DID FOR ME)

Although the fix is only suited for games that are updated only to 1.31 (which you are) So do not update to 1.32.

Silly me, I had done this for the other games but hadn't though about it for this one.....

So I re downloaded the fix but see that there is no new file for Showtime...or am I missing something?

The file for Showtime should be combined with 3 other EP's

So the Folder should look like this "Showtime & Master Suite Stuff & Pets & Town Life Stuff & Generations"

Do you have that folder?

No, there is a folder with "Master Suite, Pets, Town Life , & Generations, but no Showtime

Try applying from the fix you have

And the crack for Showtime (the one that came with the actual Showtime download) install that after every other fix

The crack in the SHowtime download is the same one thats in the fix so it should work the same

I tried...no luck.....starting to wish I had just bought this one.....

Is there a fix download that includes showtime? I hope so.....

Since EA decided to release another update (1.32) there will be another updated version

Admin knows about it already and is working on it and will be released ASAP

i have the same prob :< and when i play it the unofficial mod comes up and my icon for showtime doesnt appear and it doesnt allow me to play help plz!!! :<

thank you thank you thank you. i've been checking for the newest patch update for the last couple of days and when i saw it tonight, i thought great, now i can patch (again lol). for some reason when i did the updates, all i got what the unofficial game mod notification, but i took my time, extracted both the #crack folder and the showtime (etc) folder to my desktop, copy/pasted the files from the showtime folder into the games folder, did the manual patch and then copy/pasted the cracked files and it got rid of the unofficial mod notification. i don't know what i would do without you guys and this site.
