Ultimate fix 1.32. [SOLVED]

I've just downloaded the ultimate fix 1.32. Extracted it TS3 game bin, updated game to V1.32. But it wont allow me to put in the crack.

! Cannot open C:\Users\Ian\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\IVLP9ETT\The_Sims_3_fix.rar
! The system cannot find the file specified.
! C:\Users\Ian\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\IVLP9ETT\The_Sims_3_fix.rar: No files to extract

Hello,

Please re-download the Fix and choose "Save..." to save the Fix on your PC.
After that just continue applying the crack.
