Unofficial Game Mod/Can't Update/Ready to Pull Hair Out![SOLVED]

I have been a good girl and followed all the steps, such as using the fix and manual install of the update for Sims 3. I even used the regedit trick and I still get the "Unofficial Game Mod" error. I took out Awesomemod and Twallan's Master Controller and such. I'm STILL getting that message! I decided to go ahead and play, but my Sim wouldn't even show up on the lot. Her queue said she was reading, but there was no Sim there. I really don't want to re-install (3rd time since January!), so I really need help here. Please?!? Help

Well, do you applied the latest version of Ultimate Fix? (Link to it: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems )

PS: AwesomeMod is a core-mod, it will work just if you don't have any more mods installed.

Can you confirm that you have the latest fix, and that your base game is version 1.32?

I downloaded the last fix, d 1 supposly 2 upgrade to ver. 1.32, do steps 1-10, open d launcher and it keeps telling me my game its up 2 date, but is still ver. 1.31!!!! I even tried another program that checks my currents versions of every expansion and it tells me that d last ver. of d game is 1.31!!!

I read that EA pull the 1.32 patch due to all d problems...is that true???

That can neither be confirmed or denied. But it has been suggested that yet another patch will be out sooner rather than later.
But the fix has been updated and manual patch has been as well.

I'm running the patch version 1.31, since I can't get the 1.32 patch to install (getting an invalid file error). I did every single step in the fix, still got the error. I even did the fix again, this time, attempted to install the manual patch. No dice, same error.

So, I tried it AGAIN and now it's stating that the game region is incorrect and requires a different game region to be installed. WTF? Question

Just saw this, so I tried this as well. I get an invalid file error with the manual patch.

Just saw this, so I tried this as well. I get an invalid file error with the manual patch.

Reaply the 1.31 patch and the follow the regedit instructions, followed by the fix.

Did you download the patch from us?
If after reaplying the patch 1.31 you went to regedit, if the value is 1 change to 2; if is 2 change to 1 aply and then change to 2 again the patch with our patch to 1.32.

Try this out, I was stuck and got the suggestion by another helper and it worked.
