game crashes after installing showtime!

ok i've got every expansion pack there is and never had any problem(except for being a bit laggy) but after updating and installing showtime today it's crashing.
i'm tired of starting a new game over and over again.
am i doing something wrong or is it my pc?

oh and simport isn't working.. keeps saying i need the latest update

Try those solutions and see if your game still crashes. Also try uninstalling Origin (IF you have it) as it causes some slowdown during gameplay. One other thing you could do is disable the in game shopping mode by going into the options.

As for simport not working.... Can you tell me what your game version is on the launcher.......

my game version is 1.32.3.015017.. probably not the right one when i see yours
