glitches and loss of interactions

so i'm on the 1.32, have all expansions, most from here. game works fine. just odd things. like my couple shows that they have no partner even though they are shown as boyfriend /girlfriend. they live together and i can't get the interaction for them to become engaged, even when it should pop up. just little things like that. i have applied the fix. should i apply again. also if i have all those expansions i don't have to move all the files from the fix into the base game file? i just do the last expansion pack i downloaded right?? sorry still learning this stuff.

You should move the files for every expansion you have, no matter if they're from this site or another, or even bought.
