Cant load my saved games!!

Finally I resolved updating 2 1.32 but.... now I cant open my saved games!!! None of them!! Facepalm

Ok admin......No Lady Eldi they just appear in white and when i try 2 open them it gives me some kind of message...and now that i finally update d game 2 1.32 when i click 2 open d game it give me a message about having CC in my game and if i want 2 continue...when i click continue d game load slooowww...so slow that yesterday i have 2 wait 25 min 4 it 2 open!!

Ok, last time I could not help, but maybe this time I can, since I have experienced the same problem. Ok, Patch 1.32 corrupts your saves games, not all, but specially the ones with pets in them. The work around is to see how did you get to patch 1.32 If you were on patch 1.29 and manually patched to 1.31 and then to 1.32, you are ok, you are experiencing less problems than the rest of the population and patch 1.33 should stabilize your game a little and pay attention to the adjective little. Work arounds are to uninstall the base game, clean the registry and patch with the super patcher to 1.29 then the incremental 1.31 that adds shotime features; skip 1.32 totally and super patch 1.33 and apply the fix and you should be good to go.
Downside any game that you opened and saved while the game was unstable is corrupted. You can always rename the backup save game and use Twallan's Mods to move your population to a new town, same as before, but an uncorrupted Town. If you can still open the town, take out your family and moved them to a brand new game; however doing so through the game will erase relationships and oportunities.

thanks but thats exactly what i did..uninstalled S3 base and reinstalled up 2 1.32...d only thing i didnt is the superpatch thingui....and im about 2 erase all of my games including d back ups Sad

I finally updated 2 1.33, but still cant see my previous saved games.. Sad

Hello,

Please remove them from My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 for now, just drag&drop the mods\packages folder to the desktop. Try your game.
If your save game load, your mods need to be updated.

I move d mods folder out of d game....Loads basically d same (slow)...also i couldnt see or acces my previous saved games so I erase them and put d mods back...What else could It b??

Im must b doom, cause know I erase everything, reinstalled,recreate my
fam, I'm playing a new game in Lunar Lakes and it freezes!! Its not
exactly like it freezes, cause u could see d things moving and d icon of
my sims....it just that d time just stop...it does'nt keep moving and I

Hello,

Did you also put the mods/cc back? Because that is a possible cause for the type of freezing you're describing.
You may also try to disable the in-game store in your game options.

Yes i allso put d mods file back...but i dont think thats it, cause last night Admin try 2 help via d teamviewer, he take all of my sims 3 folder out, so automatically that take d cc from d store out 2, he create a new one try 2 run d game but then i dont why he just disconnect and i could find him here....so i really dont know what happend or how 2 resolve my problem cause its happening since i updated 2 1.32....and i may add my comp was extremely slow last night and that didnt happend when u do it...so i dont know ill have 2 wait and see if he answer this post and explain 2 me what happend and what 2 do!! Question

I don't know what happened, TeamViewer suddenly crashed and I couldn't find you at the Forum either. I wanted to ask you to test the game, but I assume it didn't make any difference?
If you didn't test the game yet, restart your PC and test it.
