Unable to Run The Sims 3 launcher

I had follow the post instruction to drag the base game to the sims 3 folder and install Master Suite expansion and follow all instruction but when i press installer is say unable to run The sims 3 launcher

Mod edit: Game being reinstalled with Teamviewer.

I'm afraid not Admin, the manual 1.33 patch wouldn't start and the topic starter ran out of time. The launcher showed no updates but still the game version was 1.0.6.x so the last I heard, (s)he was going to go ahead with the Master Suite stuff installation to get to version 1.29 and take it from there.

I am not able to install the update either thru Master Suite EP or launch the manual patch!! HELP pls
