Downloading some stuff for the sims 3

hi everyone im new on here as you can prolly tell already lol. i dowloaded all the sims 3 besides pets from this site. i had one more question. if someone could help or know how to get around this. i was on you tube watching so videos on the sims 3 and i came across a guy that builds houses and he gives you a link to download what he builds so i tried dowloading one of his houses and it wont let me download it. it sayed i have to register my sims 3 in order to download the house that i was wanting to download. beings i downloads everything from this site. is there any way around it to where i can download the house i was looking for or will i have to register it because from what i know its not a good idea to register something you have downloaded for free and if i can get around it i would like to for the mean time untill i can afford to go out and buy all of the sims 3 if someone can help or knows a way around this the help would be greatly greatly appreciated. thanks
