please guidance for more expansions. [SOLVED]

thanks to your wonderful help, we installed, around middle of dec. 2011 the sims3 and the pets expansion.
it works fine .
our current versions are - sims3- 1.29.55.014017. pets- 10.0.96.013001.
we would like now to add more expansions.
late night , ambitions and generations.
I'm afraid that if we will do it incorrectly it will harm the exist game.
i saw that there is a new updated fix.
but i understood that it's refer to the new version, i think 1.33 .
my doughier want very much those expansions even at the price that we will have to install everything from the beginning.
i made a copy of the 'saves' in the game.
please your guidance for it.

is there any useful update's in the new version?
i'm asking it because if we already work on it, maybe it's a chance to update everything.
or do you think it doesn't worth the effort/risk.

the show time looks grate (we didn't know about it) but we are afraid from getting those problems you mentioned.
i understand that if in future we would like to add showtime we will have to update the base game version.

regarding late night , ambitions and generations, is it o.k to add all of them at the same time, or safer one at the time.
to make those expansions do i have to use their downloads and cracks which i still have in the older fix i used for my current game, or the new one ?
and last question, i understand that first i have to install the downloaded extension and then copy both files of their crack and replace them with those in the base game bin?
i' m asking because i have already replaced them at the previous install.

we decided to go step by step and live for now showtime.
i understand that we can do it somehow later.

so just to install the expansions we choose but not to use their cracks?
i'll backup the 2 crack files in my current game.

No need to backup the crack/original files, they are ALL already included in the Ultimate Fix.

At this point:

1. Install all the The Sims 3 games you like, but try not to apply any cracks. If you did, just ignore it.
2. After installing all the games you want, download and apply this patch: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v133-fix-manual-patch-updated
3. When it finished updating to v1.33, re-download and re-apply the Ultimate Fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems

we installed and applied smoothly the ambitions, generations and late night, with our 1.29 game version.
so if we want also the show time we can first install this expansion and only then to update to 1.33 ver. and it wouldn't harm nothing ?

by saying this : "re-download and re-apply the Ultimate Fix" , do you mean to apply the crack in the new fix instead the current one, or doing some more things?

so when installing showtime do i need to,use any crack, or it'll update to 1.31 without problems ?

and by saying to use the latest fix do you mean use it's crack instead the one we use now?

installed showtime , it updated the game to 1.31.
said ok to origin update, but it didn't succeed to finish it.
when tried to start game from the launcher, which i used till now, it says " no disc..." etc.
should i use the new crack, or open the game in another way ?

we are not sure yet if we want to stop with 1.31 or continue to 1.33, since you mentioned that people had some problems.
in the meanwhile(before your reply) i changed to the crack of the latest fix in the base game bin.

when starting game it says " looks you have an unofficial copy......
".
when i choose to continue, the game starts o.k.
is it because i had to use the crack in the showtime and not the one in the fix, and is it a sign for problems?

another thing. when it start showtime it asks if we want to log in to the web.
for the safe side we choose "continue without log in" . is it ok to
choose log in ?

please help us with the dilemma about the 1.33.
i mean advantages it gives against risk.
when you say to use the Manuel patch you gave us for safe installation, you mean do it to update the 1.33 version?

If it works fine, I don't think you should do anything else. If you run into any problems, just let us know.
The 1.33 just fixes some issues with SimPort, nothing important.
But yes, if you like, you may update to 1.33 safely.

updated to 1.33 ver. according to your instructions (first manual patch for 1.33 update and then reapply fix ).
looks like everything works fine , didn't get any error notification on starting.

most of the time when playing the game i fee that the vision on the screen is to dark. is there a way to light it ?
