Hand tool in build mode. [SOLVED]

I recently downloaded and installed TS3 Ambitions and Mastersuite along with the latest fixes and the game is working great. Really enjoying it, but every time I try to use the hand tool in build/buy mode, the game hangs up and doesn't recover... I don't know what to do about it. I have the original TS3 base game btw if that's of any help...

Sorry for the late reply....and yes I get the Unnoficial game modification error sometimes.

Hello,
When did you last download it? Please have a look at the Installation Guide and look at the date it was updated.
If the date is 16-03-2012, have a look at your mods folder, outdated mods can cause the same error and build mode crash.

Please try this:
Backup your savegames.
1. Completely uninstall the base game only.
2. Restart your PC.
3. Reinstall the game.
4. Download and apply this patch: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v133-fix-manual-patch-updated
5. Re-download and re-apply our Ultimate Fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
