The Sims 3 Error: Unable To Start Game...[SOLVED]

Hello!
In this morning I wanted to play The Sims 3. I opened the folder like always, and clicked on TS3.exe .
After 4 seconds, a window appears saying: ''Unable to start the game. Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb)''
I tried with TSW.exe , the same thing.
I have the latest version of Ultimate Fix, and the latest update. Neither the launcher works, it says: ''There was an error during the start up. Please see the Log for more details'' then it exits.
Please, if is possible, a solution...but not that with uninstalling again all...just if it is the last alternative for the game to ever work

(PS: Also I was away a bit because it was easter in my family, and before a week I had to go to grandparents, in Greece)
