Help. Please. [Loading Screen Problem]

Whenever I start Sims 3.. It just shows a black screen and than I press Window Key to exit out of Sims 3, but when I click Sims 3 again and I get this message [Unofficial Game Modification] one. I just press continue and than I skip the cut scene than when I'm on the loading screen and it loads up fully it just crashes.

Yes, I did pirate the game [because I'm poor :c]
I have patched the game.
These are the games that I pirated:
The Sims 3
The Sims 3: Late Night
The Sims 3: Showtime
The Sims 3: Ambitions
The Sims 3: Master Stuff thing. <-
The Sims 3: High End Loft Stuff
The Sims 3: Fast Lane
The Sims 3: Pets
The Sims 3: Generations
How do I fix this? PLEEASE tell me. :C

The unofficial game modification error at startup can be caused by outdated or conflicting mods, or a wrongly applied or outdated fix.
So do you have any mods or cc?
And do you have the most recent fix?

I did put Mods in my Sims 3 folder [not the documents one] and than I deleted them. I have no Mods folder anymore and I still get the message. I tried the patch and everything but It didn't work.
