The Sims 3 Pets error with pet appearance.[SOLVED]

Hi there,
I just recently downloaded the sims 3 pets from pirate bay using your torrent.
I usually have no problem with anything, i have set up all my expansions and base game using your torrents along with the fix and following directions carefully.

So i downloaded the pets and everything went well, but then when it came to creating my pet .. their fur is translucent so you can see the started body of the dog.. the face as well, nothing on the pet when it comes to the body is shown.. and even once i play the game i have the same problem.. translucent fur and basically only the starter base body of the dog shows, head and all..
do you have any idea of what i should do ?
should i try the fix again ?

Have you tried updating your graphic card's drivers to the latest version via the manufacturer's website?

noo i haven't, how do i do that ?

i'm a bit confused.. what exactly should i do ?

I have Windows Vista home premium and i have a 32 bit .. i'm not sure what you mean by videocard ..

What model graphic card (GPU) your PC has.
If you don't know, please use Speccy (http://www.piriform.com/speccy) to find out. It'll show all your PC components, including the model graphic card you're using.

okayy i didn't wanna download anything so i looked up how to find it and i was told to type dxdiag in my start up and then go under display, this is what i got

During the installation choose "Custom" and then "Clean installation". Don't forget to restart your PC after the installation finished.

Probably not, since it's an old driver/GPU.

everything seems to be working well, and my game looks a lot better everything is crisp and clear plus much more detail. thanks for the help!, you guys are great.
