Unable to start the game service initialization failed

Ok this is what i do:
1.Install my base game(i bought it in the mall)
2.Install Showtime(i download showtime in this website)
3.Install Town Life Stuff(I bought it,what you said,and register in sims 3 community it works)
4.Update to 1.33(I download in https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v133-fix-manual-patch)
5.re-download the latest version of the ultimate fix(i download in here https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems)
6.Start the game!!

Same Messages and i don't have any mods/cc at all!!
Help pls.

Hello,

Ok, no mods you say, so it must be the crack. Please open the fix and look for the #crack folder.
Copy both files inside to your base game\bin and allow to replace the ones that are already there.
Now see if your game works.

please help me . i tried everything what in the installation guide. watched the video in this site. its said base game's version must be 1.24. but mine is 1.33. when i open the launcher , game didnt open. an error about: unable to start servise initialization. what can i do please help
