Question about mods when Installing a new sims stuffpack or expansion

Hello I have the latest fix for the TS3 but I was wondering when i install the new stuff pack by katy perry do I have to move the mod to my desktop/or disable it? before install or can i just leave it where it is and install btw the mods I have installed is a framework not sure what that means?

After the new expansion is released, we'll always update the instructions on this page: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly, so you always know how to install the game correctly.

As far as I know (since the pack has not been released yet, I can't be 100% sure), all you need to do is re-applying the Ultimate Fix after installing the new pack.
