Removal Of Sims 2

My laptop caught a virus recently and i had to format it. I ended up losing my entire Sims 2 collection that i had gotten from here. So the 1st thing i did was to come back here to download it once more. Can you imagine my shock and heartbreak upon realizing that it was removed due to persons having installation issues. I installed mine just fine by reading previous comments and instructions so i was quite apalled that it would be removed just because some people were having problems. Now i found the exact download on other sites and i am trying to get it but i would much rather get it directly from here as those sites havent uploaded the ultimate fix just the base game and expansions. Is there any way that you guys can re-upload the sims 2 collection or even just the ultimate fix. I would very much appreciate it. Its my favourite game. Thanks kindly

Please note that we only have an Ultimate Fix for The Sims 3 and The Sims Medieval, not for The Sims 2. That one was fine the way it was.
It's strange, actually, just a few people were able to get it to work, even though it worked fine for others.

I see you're downloading from another source, that's fine. If you have any problems with that one, please let us know!
Your plea may work. I'll take it into consideration, re-uploading The Sims 2 with new instructions and better testing. Give it some time.
