Bugs in game. [SOLVED]

Hi

First of all I want to thank you for your great job on this site!
I donwloaded and installed allready a few games from you and I never had any problems until now.
I recently downloaded and installed TS3 pets. I can play the game but there are a few bugs in game like I can't read the paper or use my phone, I can't use the oven, I can't use CC properly, I can't use the computer, my chairs won't move when my sims want to sit so they sit in the air...

I really don't know what I did wrong. Should I reinstall the game? I followed your instructions carefully but I think I missed something.

I tried to follow the steps on the site you gave me but I have some probs with granny2.dll. I've downloaded the programm and installed it. I've also put a granny2.dll in the right folder but when I open Rigfix I don't get the notification that granny2 is installed. So I don't know what to do next.
I can't do the next step. I've allready tried that.

What error do you get about the .dll file exactly?

I used the exact same .dll file as you did. I did a few steps again but still...

So I don't get the notification as said in step 2.2 of the manual from TSR.
I did the next step (2.3) where you need to select the .dbc files. But when I want to open them with TSR RigFix nothing appears in my list. So I can't fix anything at all.

So I think there's still something wrong with that granny2.dll

I hope I'm clear enough because English is not my native language

My friend helped me on the .dll file but he can't fix it either.
In the Rigfix from TSR I've tried the option 'choose folder' instead of 'choose folder'. And now I get an errormessage telling me:
Unhadled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediatly.

Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index.

This is what I get and I don"t know if it's safe to continue. I can also copy the details of this error but it's a long list.

And here I am again

I started the launcher to see if my game is really up to date. Today there was a new patch but I got an error during the update... I don't know if that effects my problem
