game unable to start (0x024e424f) error

hi admin, i installed the sims 3 base game v 1.0615.00107 and i install the sims 3 patch v 1.33.2 and i update the game manually, then i download the last version of (The_Sims_3_fix) from your website and its written that this fix support v 1.33.2, i unzip the folder and copy the two file within it and past them in the sims 3 folder game as normal, then i opened the sims 3 launcher and click on play, then the game will start but it will stack on black screen and then a warning messge show the follwoing error which is {game unable to start (0x024e424f) error} i searched about this error solution but nothing work so please could you provide as solution and thank you in advance for your coordinate.

A couple of things. What is your base game version right now? Is it 1.33?
And in order for the fix to work, you must also have at least one of the following expansions; Katy Perry Sweet Treats, Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff, Generations. This page has instructions on how to install the game, and when to apply the fix.
