Unable to start game: service initialization failed (0x024e424f)

Hey!
I installed the sims 3 complete torrent (40 GB which everything up until generations and town life stuff.) Did everything the way I was supposed to and I keep getting the same error 0x024e424f

Two weird things happened while installing though. During installation after late night (i think), whenever i would install a new expansion it kept saying that my version is more updated than the one i'm installing (even though i went in the right order)
Oh and my sims 3 base folder didn't have a sims3W.exe in the bin until i actually put it there from the crack folder.

Should I uninstall/reinstall everything? I still have the .iso files so it shouldn't take too long
P.S: I'm on version 1.39

We strongly recommend NOT using any "Complete" torrents!

Re-download everything that is needed and let us know the result afterwards. Good luck!

Ok so basically, I install the expansions one by one, do the updates, without cracking them and then at the end I crack everything with the ultimate fix and according to the steps?

That's pretty much it, yes.
Note it's only one (cumulative) update, not more.
