Delphy's dashboard and removing all cc not helping, unofficial modification message

I deleted all corrupt files and disabled conflicting ones on delphy's dashboard, i tried testing out by removing some packages from my the sims 3/mods/packages folder and still nothing. Then i completely emptied that folder and i'm still getting that error message. I am completely lost now.. please help =\

Edit: so far i've been clicking continue on the message and no bugs as far as i know, but there is one odd thing, for some reason my unicorn can't interact with other horses.. and other horses can't interact with it either.
