The only thing i did was install, and the launcher worked fine until i tried to install the cracks.
Updated to newest, did the fix pack, nothing.

Even if you already did a step, DO NOT skip any steps and read very carefully!

Exact same error, re-did every step, and had a friend watch me do it. Same exact error.
Any insight?

Yes, I have, it gives me the "Unable to start game -- Service initialization failed (0x024e424f)" error, and only is a black screen until alt tabbing.
