Unable to start the Sims 3

I have a problem... It is that whenever I try to start the launcher, but then I get this message about how I have to update the game and such - you know, that problem that you talk about in one of your videos. I have both applied the latest fix and done everything you should do according to this vid. However, I never found any "rest expansion packs" still existing, so I couldn't do much on this point. When I try to open the game via the TS3.exe file, it says:
"Unable to start game
Your The sims 3 Base Game is incopatible with the current Sims 3 Expansion Pack. Please update your game via the game launcher."
Well, this isn't possible, because I can't open the launcher. What should I do?

Well now it has a service initializiation fail (0x0175dcbb)

Did you try uninstall your game and re-install, apply the latest patch and then install the crack?

Should I then uninstall all of the ep's or just the base game?

how many expansion packs and stuff packs do you have you might need to update them, download this here http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=409829 it downloads all your updates for each game and will automatically install them, try this and see and keep me posted.
