Sims 3 major graphical glitch. Empty Sims 3 major graphical glitch.

Hey. In game, I have a graphical glitch identical to this, youtube.com/watch?v=_duaN-H7Sr8&feature=related, and i'm pretty sure I have an nvidia video card. I've tuned the settings to lowest, no fix. Please help. Very frustrated.
replace [dot] with .
edit: I have an AMD video card.
editedit: Fixed. Using catalyst control center, refreshed my vsync.

bump. Refreshing vsync didn't work.

Hello,

That's disturbing indeed.
When did this problem start occurring, has it looked normal before?
Do you have the latest drivers for your videocard? Find out exactly which card you have, and have a look at the manufacturers website, they often have a tool that can tell you if you have the latest drivers or not.
