Sims 3 Major Problem Empty Sims 3 Major Problem

Hi. I recently downloaded and installed all the expansion and stuff packs fr Sims 3. The base game and everything else is all from G4TW. Afterwards, I did the manual patch and ultimate fix. I did everything perfectly and without skipping any steps. My drivers are all updated and I've changed the language to EN-us as well. My problem is, despite all this, there are many missing texts missing throughout the game and, worst of all, I can't see any Sims. This is a major issue which is preventing me from playing, and I hope I can get some help soon.

I have a 64-bit Windows 7 laptop with 8GB RAM and I match all system specs, please help!

Did you change all the The Sims 3 games in your Registry to: en-US ?
