Can't Uninstall get Launcher Error - "Error: Package Could Not be Found"

So I usually convert all my CC to package file because I hate sim3packs. Well when I downloaded the decrapified file from this thread (https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t5615-once-upon-a-time-cottage-dont-matter-i-bought-itlink) I accidentally opened it through the launcher & it was installed as a sim3pack :'(

Well, when I go to uninstall the sim3pack I get a very strange error "Error: Package Could Not be Found." :'((( I didn't touch this file in the downloads folder & I have no clue what's going on. :\

Hello,

I think you could easily get rid of it by clearing all of the caches. How to do that is described here, though you'll want to skip step 2.
